Change isn’t easy, but it isn’t impossible, either. Bad habits will prevent you from becoming the person you want to become. Some bad habits can last for months, years, even decades—they can lead to destruction. Based on who you want to become, what one habit do you need to break?


Shannon Fender will join me as our Guest Storyteller. Shannon was ambitious, motivated, and career-driven. But the outside success didn’t matter; on the inside she was dying from her alcoholism. She had to break the habit of constantly looking for the easier, softer way. Shannon’s three years sober now and she’ll share some of the healthy habits that keep her on the path even in the darkest days.
