Week 4 - Living Wholeheartedly

Comparison is one of the most dangerous traps we can fall into. Theodore Roosevelt said: “Comparison is the thief of joy.” It kills contentment. It keeps you from living into who God created you to be. Is there any way in which you’ve been asking, “What about them?”…when the better question is, “What difference does that make to you?”

Adam Castle will join me as our Guest Storyteller. Adam experienced a traumatic childhood. He started using meth at age 11. Drug addiction led him to spending half of his life in prison. Today he lives a very different kind of life. He’s a member of Sober Souls Motorcycle Club, a group that supported him when he needed it most. He shows up at FREE every week and experiences purpose & belonging. He’s on a good path and knows he has no business in comparing his story to others. BTW- Adam celebrates 6 years clean & sober this Saturday!
